To be honest, we initially thought that this accommodation was fake as we couldn't believe we would find such a large and modern apartment for the price.
But we were surprised. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures from the inside.
It is nice and bright, has many different lighting options, a washing machine, great comfortable beds (the most comfortable during our trip and we changed accommodation 7 times) and the furnishings are simply beautiful.
The owner Elvis was also nice enough to let us into the accommodation earlier. His employee Tanja was also polite. However, she didn't speak English, but then called Elvis via video call and so we were able to clarify everything.
He himself could usually also be reached via WhatsApp if there were any problems.
We had an unplanned situation and Elvis tried very hard to make up for it.
The price-performance ratio is definitely right here. Especially if you book the apartment with 6 people.
It has two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet.
We would come back at any time.
It didn't bother us that much, but a table on the balcony so you can eat outside would be great. However, there were still a few boxes lying around and we saw a macrame hammock in the storage room. So maybe something is already being planned here.
Given the location, you have to be aware that it's a few meters from the city. (approx. 20 minutes on foot) We had a scooter and so no problems.
Unfortunately the ad on Booking was a bit misleading. It is written as if you had a private pool.
The fact that this isn't the case for the price wasn't a big deal for us. However, we would at least have been happy if the pool area shown, which can be seen in the pictures and is on the 5th floor, had been inviting.
Unfortunately there was no furniture to sit down and relax. The windows of the pool were dirty, so you couldn't see the great view from the pool. In general the area didn't seem like it was being taken care of.
So if you're looking for a great apartment for a good price, this is the place for you. If you really want a pool at your accommodation, I would at least find out whether something has improved here.
